JLL

Research report on Asia-Pacific real estate trends

Project overview

JLL is a global real estate leader that provides commercial property and investment management services for real estate owners, occupiers and investors. Recognising that the rapid growth of co-working spaces was dramatically changing the dynamics of commercial real estate throughout the Asia-Pacific region, JLL wanted to produce a research-based report that would position it as an expert and demonstrate its thought leadership in the area.

Solution delivered

Editor Group worked closely with JLL’s experts to produce a report that examined the evolution of the flexible space industry in the Asia-Pacific region. The report drew on the firm’s unique in-depth research and economic forecasts. This material included insights gathered through internal surveys, and interviews with large multinational clients, operators, leasing teams and subject-matter experts. The final report features an engaging narrative that explains the state of the market and provides balanced advice for owners, occupiers and investors. The report also includes tips and trends to watch, as well as plenty of graphs and charts drawing on the work done by JLL’s research team.

“It’s a huge task to take in-depth research and turn it into a compelling report.”

“We really appreciated Editor Group’s ability to understand our source material and come back with a document that was clear, concise and accurate first time around.”
