Observe.AI is a fast-growing technology company transforming how organisations operate their contact centres, using advanced AI capabilities. The company helps enterprises save millions of dollars and often also generate millions of additional sales.

Based in Silicon Valley, Observe.AI has developed a proprietary contact centre large language model with 40 billion parameters that enables customers to analyse 100 per cent of calls rather than just selected samples. This gives its more than 350 enterprise customers valuable insights to improve customer service, train agents more effectively, and boost sales and engagement.

In early 2024 – with more than US$200 million in venture investment supporting its rapid growth – Observe.AI sought to share its unique story and the business value it delivers with a wider audience. The company also aimed to roll out a new suite of generative AI–powered products that automate reporting, enhance insights and provide real-time support to contact centre agents. This effort was captured in its ‘Next Generation of Conversation Intelligence, Powered by Gen AI’ campaign.

Solution delivered

Observe.AI engaged Editor Group to develop a range of sales and marketing assets. We wrote case studies highlighting how customers were using the Observe.AI platform in their contact centres to enhance performance, improve efficiency, boost sales effectiveness and increase customer satisfaction.

We also helped write and edit sales emails, online ads, web copy, an ebook and other collateral, ensuring content was tailored to target audiences and consistent with the company’s brand voice and messaging.
