If you’re conducting a refresh, we may start by auditing all existing content and recommending what to include, change or remove. We will also review the tone of voice used and advise where it can be improved upon.

Once your objectives and roadmap are clear, we will establish the desired writing style including creating a style guide, if needed, then restructure, write, edit and proofread the website.

Throughout the project, we will work closely with the web designers as they determine the information architecture. We can also submit or review copy via a content management system of your choice and proofread the final website in layout.
