Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Case studies for global customer reference programs

Project overview

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is one of the world’s largest information technology vendors, with close to US$30 billion in global revenues and more than 65,000 staff worldwide.

Every year, the company generates hundreds of reference articles – or case studies – describing how customers are using its technologies and the benefits they have gained. To create each one of these articles, HPE assigns writers to review background information, interview its sales team and technical experts, interview its customer and then write a case study from one to six pages.

Solution delivered

With deep expertise in enterprise IT, Editor Group was appointed to write customer reference articles for HPE globally. This included its Software division, which is now owned by Micro Focus.

We delivered articles featuring customers in locations as diverse as Australia, Brazil, China, Mexico, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, UK and USA. In addition to case studies, we helped the company produce internal sales educational material, blogs, award submissions, video scripts and reports.

This project leveraged our strong understanding of IT; our locations in Australia, Singapore and the US; our ability to deliver copy in US English; and our ability to help with program management.
