Terms and conditions: Please pay at least two weeks before a course to secure your booking, or before the date of the course if you make a late booking. You are welcome to send a substitute if you give us reasonable notice. If you wish to cancel or move to another course, please contact us at least two weeks before the course. We will then arrange for you to attend another course, or give you a 100 per cent refund. If you cancel less than two weeks but more than a week before a course, we will refund you 50 per cent. Later than that, no refund will be given.
