Influencing the reader. Using the full power of language by choosing the right words and using devices like rhythm and metaphor.
 

Storytelling   Using organisational storytelling to engage. When to use stories to meet common communication challenges and how.
 
Choice of medium   Matching messages to media. How to choose the best channel for your copy.
 
 
Tactics Finetuning your internal communications tactics: Tips for creating highly effective tools including intranets, speeches and newsletters.
 
Exercises   Putting principles into practice. A range of stimulating tailored writing exercises throughout the day show you how to put the writing principles into practice.
