We also apply a rigorous process of assigning two proofreaders to full review important drafts prior to printing or publication online. Our editors mark up hard copy proofs using proofreading symbols or can make revisions directly into Word, InDesign, Acrobat, or other document formats and content management systems. We run full Adobe Creative Suite on both Mac and PC, making it easy to amend design files. All work is reviewed for adherence to general spelling and grammar rules, as well as any style guidelines or design conventions. We also create style guides for clients. In addition, Editor Group can also check your work for potential SEO performance, such as reviewing how frequently key words are used and where they are located in documents. This forms part of our Web Optimisation service.
